| Etta Place: A farm and Roseraie is dedicated to the spirit of the Cowgirl. Etta Place was the 19th century school teacher who rode with Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid. We are on 17 secluded acres just one mile from Highway 101. Guests have a private entrance and a terrace overlooking Little Pond. Etta Place is beautifully decorated with original artworks, hand-tinted photographs, and first edition Westerns. Guests may stroll through our one acre garden, often featured on garden tours, immersing themselves in the 600 cultivars of roses, annuals and perennials. We encourage our guests to taste the berries, pears, tomatoes, and peaches, when in season. |

| We have a charming Garden house with a kitchen and a wood burning stove. The Kiwi Arbor is a great picnic spot with its enormous cast stone table. Guests love to read and relax here and there in The Garden. We are within walking distance of the shops and restaurants of town. The property is wooded with a small creek and is decorated with sculpture, masks, fountains, and benches. We pride ourselves on personalized service and a gracious environment. We are tiny and perfect. | ![]() |
